We used Bert for our home inspection and don't have one single complaint if you want a very thorough and quality home inspection this is your man! He did drone footage and thermal imagining of the entire home and checked every inch and tested/inspected everything the home had to offer. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Fortified gives the best Home Inspections! Bert came out to inspect our new home. He was very respectful to us. He listened to our questions and took our concerns seriously. I’ve had five other inspections done in the past by other companies but this was by far the more detailed inspection we have had. Bert was knowledgeable on every topic. He took the time to look into everything with attention to detail. He shared how we could fix issues that were noted. The report was given to us right away. Great service!Dispite it being late afternoon, he was extremely thorough in his inspection and report. He took time to explain deficiencies and hazards fully so i ynderstood what was meant and how to rectify.Overall it was an extremely hastle free, easy process. Definitely recommend!

Garret took the time on the phone to explain the regulations set in place to protect home buyers. I had to reschedule the inspection because the builder would not accommodate to have the new home inspected. At no cost he was able to push the inspection a week later.The inspector Bert was on time. He took the time to explain every item he was inspecting. The issues found were categorized from minor to major and a report was provided with tons of pictures and videos.Overall I wish they would of built my house very impressed on their professionalismThanks guys !

Garrett communicated with me on sms and email to make the inspection appointment prior to the house purchase. He was prompt to reply and was very clear about the price. A very competitive and reasonable price too. Bert was the one to do the house inspection. He texted and emailed me the day before the inspection to remind me. He showed up early and inspected the outside of the house with a drone before I arrived. He went through everything and even explained to me in details so I know how to deal with the furnace, the water pipe and water pump. Very friendly and professional. The report was released to me within hours after the inspection. I am very pleased with their service and price. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a home inspection before purchase.

Both my fiancé and I were greatly impressed with the level of service Fortified Inspections provide for our pre-possession inspection. Please appreciate my high recommendations of this inspection service being that I am experienced Project Manger and earlier in my career a JM Carpenter. During the inspection Bert was very helpful as I bounced ideas off of him for our plans for developing the basement specifically the plumbing in the partially finished basement. A very positive experience with Kaven for our first time home inspection.I appreciated the time he invested to do the inspection, going through a lot of details that I could ask questions about and learn. It was more of “know your home” than “here’s what’s wrong”.The report received was great, identifies all the items inspected. It also summarized the deficient items at the end to be tracked easily.He used a drone to inspect the roof, there was two inches of snow at that time but we could still see the vents and the exhaust fans.Payment was easy as he had a mobile terminal.I would recommend to family and friends!! :)

I am glad I called Fortified Home Inspections to do a home inspection. Kevan Rapley did the home inspection. He arrived exactly at the time we had arranged to meet at the house. Before the inspection, Kevan went through a total home inspection checklist with me and explained exactly what he was going to do and how long would it take to do the inspection. He gave me the option of following him during his inspection or let him work alone. After the inspection, which took about 3 hours, he went through the complete checklist with me and explained of everything that he did. He pointed out the areas of concern and made recommendations of anything that needed to be looked into. He emailed me the inspection report the same day, complete with pictures and videos of everything he inspected. I am very happy and satisfied with the home inspection done by Kevan. I would definitely recommend Fortified Home Inspections to anyone who needs a thorough and a professional home inspection done at a very reasonable price. Thank you Kevan.

Kevan was very thorough in his reporting. He even got a drone to inspect the roof during winter! Overall, very satisfied on the things he was able to find. We love our home and was glad to find out the home didn't have too much issues. Possession is end of December so will make an edit if things are amiss, but if no edits to this post are made, you know we're happy campers then!
